Vibratory Supply Hopper | Bulk Storage Hopper for Bowl Feeders & Parts Feeders
Our vibratory supply hoppers are engineered to deliver controlled feeding of bulk components into bowl feeders, eliminating manual loading and maintaining consistent part supply for your automated assembly lines. The unit features a vibrating tray mounted beneath the storage bin. Its operation is automatically triggered and stopped by a paddle switch or alternative level sensor installed on the bowl feeder. When parts in the vibration bowl drop below the set level, the hopper starts feeding; once the bowl is sufficiently filled, feeding stops.
You can easily adjust the material feed rate in two ways:
- Adjust the opening size of the hopper discharge door
- Tune the vibration amplitude of the vibrating tray
