HULIIDE CM Straight Through Capping Machine
This high-performance inline capper is built to accommodate a wide range of cap shapes and sizes. Simple to operate and adjust, it uses minimal change parts to deliver versatile, consistent high-quality capping for your production line. Engineered for rapid product changeover, this capping system only requires a small set of cap-specific change parts. One cap sorter, chute and adjustable chute end can handle most caps within 13–38 mm or 38–70 mm diameter range. The quick-release adjustable chute end clicks into place, no tools required when switching between major cap sizes.
Operation Principle
Adjustable cushioned gripper belts smoothly transport containers of nearly any shape and size through the capping station, eliminating the need for timing stars or feed screws.
Caps are fed and positioned from the chute inside the cap escapement assembly, then seated onto the bottle neck ready for tightening. An independently driven overhead assembly with paired polyurethane tightening discs delivers reliable, leak-proof capping. The first set of discs applies an initial quick twist; the second set fully seats and tightens the cap onto the container neck. Three independent variable speed drives electrically control the cap sorter, tightening discs, and main machine/conveyor separately for precise speed synchronization.
