The Rotary Fill-To-Level machine is an automatic filling machine typically used for applications where the fill level of each container need to be visually identical.
The machine is available in six frame sizes and incorporates from 6 to 90 filling nozzles. It easily handles the containers ranging from 15ml to 9.5L. Depending on the number of nozzles and bottle size, this machine can fill 20-500 containers per minute.
The RFL may be configured as a pressure,gravity vacuum, or pressure/gravity combination system, and can be readily accommodated a wide range of container sizes and product viscosities.
Pressure &amp; gravity filling systems
Features an exclusive HUILIDE manifold design with shut off disc that allows the RFL to fill various viscous lotions,shampoo,foaming liquids and detergents without risk of splash-back and uneven fill levels resulting from withdrawing nozzles out of pressurized plastic containers.
Vacuum filling system
Our high efficiency vacuum system is designed fill rigid walled containers with low viscosity products, with up to 40% less vacuum requirements than needed for conventional systems.
The manifold eliminates nozzles crimping during operation and nozzles draining when the filler is shut down. All product overflow is drawn back to the manifold and through a trap jar,returned to the tank for re-use.

The inline Fill-To-Level Models are moderate speed fillers,ruggedly designed,yet precision built for long,trouble-free liquid filling operation. Each model features a fill-to-level design with filling accuracy maintained to within 1% of targeted fill level. The inline series includes three easy to operate models-manual,semi-automatic,fully automatic,with machine cycle speed up to 8 cycles per minute. Either gravity,pressure,vacuum, or combination filling systems can be utilized.
A diverse range of products, including cosmetics,chemicals,food and beverage can be filled on these versatile machines.
Configurations
IFLM- Manual Filler
Suggested for use either a lab model or as a small batch production line. The operator simply slides containers onto a stainless steel slide track to an adjustable stop point. The nozzles are now centered above the container openings. The operator lowers the spout bar,which brings the nozzles down into the containers and seals the openings. At this point,the filling cycle begins. When the operator sees product discharging from the overflow nose hose, the cycle is complete. The head is then raised and the container stop is manually released to charge the containers.
IFLM- Semi-Automatic Filler
Model IFLM functions in the same manner as the IFLM,but is intended for future growth to full production capacities. This machine is designed to be easily upgraded to Model IFLA by adding a powered conveyor and PLC for a fully automatic unit.
IFLA- Automatic Filler
Model IFLA incorporates an automatic conveyor and PLC to control the functions of the filling operation. Containers are conveyed into the filling area. When the correct amount of containers have entered the machine, the conveyor stops. The spout bar then descends,sealing the nozzles against the container openings. The containers are filled to the predetermined fill level,product overflow is then automatically returned to the reservoir. The filling cycle is completed based upon time factors programmed into the PLC. When the fill cycle is complete,the head is pneumatically raised,triggering the conveyor to restart,discharging the filled containers via the starwheel.

The volumetric piston filler will fill product viscosity from 1 to 100,000 centipoise,with accuracies of +/-0.05% of fill volume with proper nozzle and cylinder sizing. Models are available with 2,4 or 6 spouts depending on speed requirements. Speed output up to 60 containers per minute can be achieved.
Filling principle
The fill nozzles are attached to a fully automatic,air-operated raising/lowering spout bar. The rate of the bar movement is controlled by flow-control valves. The feature pneumatically lowers the nozzles to determined positions,then the nozzles and product valves open. The pistons dispense the required volume of product through the valve and nozzles.The nozzles and product valve close, and the spout bar and pistons return to the &ldquo;home&rdquo; position.
Vertical piston design
The advantage of using vertical piston design is that the IPF has a smaller footprint,taking up less floor space. Product changeover and clean up are easily accomplished-the product valves,cylinders and pistons are located just inside the rear guard door,allowing the operator easy access.

The RMM is a rotary monoblock machine that is designed to perform multiple functions, including filling and capping in one compact solution. It is currently in use in many varying applications throughout the word and is designed to provide many years of reliable service while being easy to use and maintain.
Filling principle
The RMM has a standard conveyor.The conveyor is raised with a chain.Vial may be presented to this conveyor either manually,from a turntable or from a bulk feeder.For plastic vials, we suggest that you consider a bulk feeder. A make up sensor is provided on the in-feed end of the conveyor.
Once the in-feed conveyor, the vials will be brought into a main star wheel that is used to position vials for all processing steps. While the vials are captured in the star wheel, the machine will index through all the functions required for the application,such as filling,ball placement,plugging,cap placement,and torquing stations. Upon exit from the star wheel, the vials will be directed to the discharge end of the conveyor.The conveyor length can be made to accommodate your room layout downstream equipment. To ensure smooth vial handling,a back up sensor will be provided on the discharge end&nbsp;of the conveyor.
The RMM is a positive placement liquid filler,operating on a 50mm pump stroke, with a maximum pump size of 120ml.The fill range is from 10% of the pump capacity to 100%.Accuracies of +/-0.5% of fill volume can be achieved by proper sizing of the pistons and fill nozzles. For maximum output and/or foamy products, the machine can be equipped for double or triple dozing, depending on the machine formats.
Plugging or brush placement
Plugs/ brushes will be fed from a vibratory bowl feeder that is isolated to the rear of the machine.From vibratory bowl feeder,they will pass through a short track to the pick up location.In the pick up location, the plug/brush will be pushed from beneath by a pick up rod that will guide it up into the collect of the plugging turret. The plugging/brush placement collect is spring-loaded and will hold the plug/brush securely until placement in the vial.

Bench Piston filling machine has been designed specifically to provide accurate economical filling of viscous products for lab work and small scale filling operations. FILLING PRINCIPLE
The amount of product dispensed is controlled by the length of the piston stroke. Once the stroke length is set, each cycle will discharge the same amount of product into each container. On the intake stroke, the piston draws the product from the&nbsp;
supply tank or hopper, through the inlet check valve and into the product cylinder. On the discharge stroke, the product flows from the product cylinder through the outlet check valve, and into the product container.

THIS UNIT CAN BE CUSTOM TAILORED TO MEET SPECIFIC FILLING REQUIREMENTS.&nbsp;
&bull; Equipped with variable speed controls for 1 to 30 strokes (or cycles) per minute.&nbsp;

Vibratory bowl feeders are designed and built to feed all kinds of weld nuts, such as hexagon, circular, collared flange and T nuts.

&bull;Flexible feeding methods make it easy to feed a nut to a distant point from the separator consistently as the separated nut is fed by air through a vinyl tube to the feed unit.

Normally vibratory bowl feeders are made for either bolts or nuts due to the intrinsic nature of the tooling required for each type of component. Both cannot be fed in the same bowl feeder. However, this is now possible with the help of a very complicated tooling but with slight changeover tooling. Bolts from size M 4 to M 14 and Nuts from M4 to M30 can be fed through the same vibratory parts feeder. This can help fastener manufacturers attain a lot of flexibility and adaptability with regard to their vibratory bowl feeders. In order to feed the nuts, the tooling for the bolts needs to be removed and replaced with a different type of tooling which will be used for feeding of the nuts. Of course, side adjustments for accommodating various nuts and bolts will still have to be done for the various sizes.

The versatile cap is designed for rapid change over by using a minimum of cap size change parts. One sorter,chute, and adjustable chute end can handle most caps in either the 13-38mm or 38-70mm size range. A&nbsp;simple quick-change adjustable chute end that snaps into position without tools is needed for each major cap size variation.
&nbsp;
Operation principle 
Cushioned gripper belts are adjustable to move containers of nearly any size and shape smoothly through the capping operation without the need for timing stars or feed screws. Caps are positioned from a chute in the cap escapement assembly, picked up by the container neck finish and positioned for tightening.
&nbsp;
An independently driven overhead assembly with matching sets of polyurethane disc assures tight capping. The first set of disc gives caps a quick initial twist. The next set of discs draws the cap onto the container neck. The cap sorter, tightening discs, and machine/conveyor are controlled through three electrically controlled by variable speed drives.

The VIF is a reliable,high performance aseptic liquid filling machine,designed with Class 100 clean rooms in mind in conformance with current and proposed cGMPs. This model can use overhead laminar airflow to its fullest using a straight-line concept.
Each machine custom designed for your specific packaging requirements. The HUILIDE simple filling two-piece syringes and valve assemblies are designed for sterile,bacteria-free environments.High precision machining of our syringes allows each machine to achieve a fill accuracy better than plus or minus one half of one percent by volume. Other fill methods are available.
&nbsp;
Filling principle
Containers are positioned in the machine by a set of adjustable gating fingers.
A&nbsp;diving nozzle system creates bottom-up filling on a range from 0-100mm. A drop control mechanism eliminates a hanging drop at the completion of the fill cycle.
&nbsp;
The gating device is adjustable for containers of various diameters. By setting the gates for half the number of the containers, the machine can be set up to double dose. This is useful in the event you have a need to fill above the single dose range of the filling syringes.
&nbsp;
The VIF-8 is a positive displacement liquid filler,operating on a 100mm pump stroke, with a maximum pump size of 600ml. Accuracies of +/-0.5% of fill volume can be achieved by proper sizing of the pistons and fill nozzles.
&nbsp;
Controls
The PLC controls intermittent container handling through the timing feedscrew. This feedscrew can be set to multidose,which provides maximum production for large fills or when running foamy products.

&bull;Flexible feeding methods make it easy to feed a nut to a distant point from the separator consistently as the separated nut is fed by air through a vinyl tube to the feed unit.

Normally vibratory bowl feeders are made for either bolts or nuts due to the intrinsic nature of the tooling required for each type of component. Both cannot be fed in the same bowl feeder. However, this is now possible with the help of a very complicated tooling but with slight changeover tooling. Bolts from size M 4 to M 14 and Nuts from M4 to M30 can be fed through the same vibratory parts feeder. This can help fastener manufacturers attain a lot of flexibility and adaptability with regard to their vibratory bowl feeders. In order to feed the nuts, the tooling for the bolts needs to be removed and replaced with a different type of tooling which will be used for feeding of the nuts. Of course, side adjustments for accommodating various nuts and bolts will still have to be done for the various sizes.

Caps, keys, screws, nuts, bolts, springs, tablets, electrical components are but a few of the parts that can be successfully fed by our vibratory bowl feeders.
