Linear Feeder & Linear Drive
Linear feeders deliver consistent, stable propulsion to conveyed workpieces, pushing the leading part into a dead nest or escapement station for accurate picking by pick-and-place machines. Equipped with sensor control systems, our linear drives support automatic start and stop operation according to on-site production demands. For instance, the feeder can pause automatically when the assembly machine accumulates a sufficient number of workpieces, avoiding material stacking and redundant feeding.
In automated feeding systems, workpieces are discharged from vibratory bowl feeders and conveyed horizontally to subsequent processing stations. Maintaining a stable and continuous feeding speed throughout this process is essential. Meanwhile, controlled and uniform vibration at the outlet of the linear track is critical to achieve seamless part transition and eliminate track jitter and irregular movement.
To solve these core technical challenges, we have independently developed vibration-mounted linear drive units. Featuring excellent structural stability, these drives ensure precise track alignment and consistent workpiece positioning during long-term operation. They provide sufficient driving power to adapt to a wide range of linear track specifications and workpiece types. Benefiting from the heavy-duty base design (far heavier than the conveying track), the equipment achieves low vibration drift and simple, accurate parameter tuning, greatly improving feeding stability and production consistency.
