Our piezoelectric vibratory bowl feeders adopt advanced piezo ceramic drive technology, replacing traditional electromagnetic vibration systems. Built with precision-machined stainless steel bowls, they automatically sort, orient and feed tiny & delicate components for automated assembly lines.
This piezo feeder delivers gentle, high-frequency vibration without magnetic interference or excessive heat generation. It consumes far less power than conventional vibratory bowl feeders, with fast response and fine amplitude adjustment. The stainless steel bowl can be coated with PU upon request to protect fragile parts from scratches or cracking.
Controlled by a dedicated piezo controller, feeding speed is continuously adjustable. It works great for small electronics, medical components, screws, pins, connectors and miniature plastic parts. Compact structure allows easy integration into pick-and-place machines, filling machines and custom automation systems. Custom bowl designs are available according to your workpiece specifications.
