Sound Enclosure for Vibratory Bowl Feeders
Our custom sound enclosures are specially engineered to effectively reduce operational noise generated by vibratory bowl feeders, achieving a noise reduction of 7–10 dB(A) for noisy component feeding applications. They greatly improve workshop working conditions and comply with industrial noise control standards.
The sound enclosure adopts a robust two-piece fiberglass structure, split along the centerline for easy assembly, disassembly and maintenance. The lower section fully covers the feeder drive unit and is firmly bolted to the feeder stand for stable positioning. The upper section encloses the vibrating bowl and locks securely onto the bottom frame. Both sections are equipped with quick-release latches, enabling fast tool-free opening and removal for part inspection, troubleshooting and cleaning.
