The IFL Series Inline Fill-To-Level Fillers are heavy-duty, medium-speed liquid filling machines engineered for consistent, long-term, trouble-free production. Built with robust mechanical structures and high-precision components, these inline fillers deliver reliable level-based filling performance for diverse liquid products.
All models adopt a precise fill-to-level filling principle, achieving a filling accuracy of ±1% of the target fill level. The series covers three user-friendly configurations: manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic, with a maximum production speed of 8 cycles per minute. Multiple filling modes are optional, including gravity, pressure, vacuum, and combined filling systems.
Versatile and adaptable, this filling equipment accommodates a wide range of applications across cosmetics, chemicals, food, and beverage industries, meeting diversified liquid filling requirements for small-batch and mass production.
Model Configurations
1. IFLM Manual Filler
Designed for laboratory testing, trial production, and small-batch manufacturing, the IFLM manual filler features simple operation and flexible deployment.
Operators place containers on the stainless steel sliding track and push them to the adjustable positioning stop to center the filling nozzles over container openings. Lower the spout bar to insert nozzles into containers and seal the mouths to initiate the filling cycle. The filling process finishes automatically once liquid overflows through the overflow hose. Operators then lift the filling head, release the container stop, and unload filled containers manually.
2. IFLM Semi-Automatic Filler
Featuring the same reliable working principle as the manual model, the semi-automatic IFLM filler is a cost-effective, upgradeable solution for growing production demands. It reserves full upgrade compatibility and can be easily converted into a fully automatic IFLA filler by equipping a powered conveyor system and PLC control module, supporting seamless capacity expansion for mass production.
3. IFLA Fully Automatic Filler
The IFLA automatic filling machine is integrated with an automatic conveyor system and intelligent PLC controller to realize fully unmanned filling operations.
Empty containers are automatically conveyed to the filling station, and the conveyor stops once the preset number of containers are in place. The spout bar descends pneumatically to seal nozzle heads against container openings for precise level filling. Liquid is filled to the pre-set level, and excess liquid is automatically recycled back to the storage reservoir via the overflow system.
The entire filling cycle is precisely controlled by PLC programmed parameters. Upon cycle completion, the filling head lifts pneumatically, the conveyor restarts automatically, and finished containers are discharged through a starwheel indexing mechanism for continuous production.
