Product Overview
The Bench Piston Filling Machine, also known as a Volumetric Piston Filler, is engineered for precise and cost-effective filling of viscous products in laboratory testing and small-batch production. This bench-top model excels at filling food sauces, syrups, honey, paints, caulks and similar materials. Fully pneumatic in operation, it delivers volumetric accuracy up to ±0.5%, subject to product viscosity and flow properties.
Filling Principle
Dispensed volume is controlled by adjusting the piston stroke length. Once the stroke is set, every cycle dispenses an identical volume into containers.
- Intake stroke: The piston pulls product from the supply tank or hopper through the inlet check valve into the product cylinder.
- Discharge stroke: Product is pushed from the cylinder through the outlet check valve and dispensed into the container.
This machine can be custom configured to match your unique filling requirements:
- Variable speed control: 1 to 30 cycles per minute
- Cycle mode selector: single-shot or continuous operation
- Standard emergency stop for operator safety
Supply Hopper & Check Valve
Optional supply hopper and check valve assemblies use tri-clover clamps for quick disassembly, simplifying cleaning and product changeover.
Available fill volumes range from 3ml up to 5000ml, depending on the selected model.
